The cargo terminal of Novokuznetsk International Airport named after B.V. Volynov offers reliable and operational solutions for shipping cargo by air. We provide professional support at all stages — from reception to boarding.

We offer the following services:

Acceptance and clearance of cargo for air transportation
Loading and unloading operations
Handling of special categories of goods: dangerous, perishable, valuable and oversized
Packaging, labeling and repacking of goods
Tracking and informing about the cargo status

Long-term storage of cargo, including dangerous and special categories, in the airport cargo terminal is not performed

To send cargo through our airport:

Contact the freight dispatcher to coordinate the parameters and deadlines.
Prepare the necessary documents: a bill of lading, accompanying and, if necessary, authorization papers.
Deliver the cargo to the cargo terminal at the agreed time.
Make a payment and receive an itinerary or an invoice.

Shipments through the Novokuznetsk International Airport cargo terminal are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, aviation regulations and internal regulations. Important Information

Cargo must be securely packaged and appropriate for its contents.

Packaging must ensure integrity, safety, and security during transportation.

Each shipment must be labeled: sender, recipient, weight, dimensions, and handling instructions (e.g., "fragile," "top") must be indicated.

We do not provide additional packaging or labeling services.

To register a shipment, you must provide:

Passport (for individuals)
Power of attorney (if the shipment is being processed by a representative)
Incorporation documents (for legal entities)
Consignment note (issued at the terminal)
Accompanying documents for the cargo (invoices, specifications, etc.)
Special permits/certificates - when shipping certain categories (medicines, animals, hazardous goods, etc.)

Prohibited for shipment:

Explosive, flammable, and toxic substances (without appropriate permits)
Weapons and ammunition (without special documents)
Radioactive and biohazardous materials
Animals (without veterinary documents)
Items prohibited by Russian legislation

Shipment of hazardous or special categories of cargo is permitted only with prior approval from the cargo terminal administration.

If you are the recipient:

Check the status of the cargo by phone.
Prepare the necessary documents: passport, power of attorney (upon receipt from a legal entity), bill of lading.
Arrive at the cargo terminal and contact the dispatcher of the cargo warehouse.
Get the cargo.

Operating mode:
The time of warehouse cargo handling after the arrival of the aircraft can reach 3 (three) hours.
The cargo is accepted for shipment and delivered to the consignees from 8:00 to 19:30.
