Procedure for submitting requests to organize photo and video shoots on the Novokuznetsk Airport grounds. The application must be submitted to Dmitry Valerievich Khomsky, Deputy Managing Director of Transport Security and Head of the STAB of Aerokuzbass LLC, and to the Head of the Corporate Communications Department of Aerokuzbass LLC. The application must be submitted on the letterhead of the legal entity (editorial office, television station, or company) with the seal and signature of the director/editor-in-chief.
The application must include the purpose, date, time, duration, and location of the photo and video shoot, crew composition, equipment list, and contact information for the responsible person.
The application must be submitted at least three business days prior to the date of the photo and video shoot. If urgent filming is required, the application review period will be reduced. Film and photo shoot requests (not for media) are accepted 5 business days in advance. Requests for photo and video shoots should be sent to pr@aerokuz.ru on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM. For filming outside of business hours, please send your request to the press service email address in advance.
For information on the decision on your request, please call the press service at +7 3843 993-444 (ext. 2246) on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM. Movement and parking of media representatives and film crews on the territory of Novokuznetsk Airport are permitted on a general basis, with the exception of organized press tours.
Photography and video filming on the airport grounds is determined by the Novokuznetsk Airport transport and aviation security services. They reserve the right to refuse filming permission without explanation.
